FIX: Orphaned rows in Tracking_Parts1 and Tracking_Fragments1 tables when you use DTA Purge and Archive job

Symptoms

After you run the DTA Purge and Archive SQL Server Agent job in Microsoft BizTalk Server, orphaned rows appear in Tracking_Parts1 and Tracking_Fragments1 tables.

Cause

This issue occurs because the SQL join in corresponding job failed to identify all the rows to be removed.
