FIX: BizTalk Server 2010 process crashes when you use an FTP dynamic send port to write files to an FTP site

Symptoms

Assume that you use an FTP dynamic send port to write files to an FTP site in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010. If the FTP server runs out of disk space while the dynamic send port transfers messages to it, the BizTalk Server host instance process crashes.
