Account picture shifts to right side after you unlock a computer from an application in Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a Windows 8.1-based or Windows RT 8.1-based computer that has low memory.
  • The computer is locked.
  • You access an application on the lock screen, and then you click the Unlock button to unlock the computer.
In this scenario, the account picture first appears in the center of the screen, and then it shifts to the right side of the screen.

Resolution
