Update to add pronunciation Pinyin strings when you input Chinese characters in Windows RT 8.1 or Windows 8.1

Symptoms

Assume that you do not know the pronunciation of some Chinese characters in a Microsoft Office application (such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel) on a Windows RT 8.1 or Windows 8.1-based computer. After you apply this update rollup, you can add the pronunciation Pinyin strings of the highlighted Chinese characters on top of the characters.
