Page load time does not match in F12 tools console in Internet Explorer 11

Symptoms

Assume that you select the Enable Suggested Sites check box and the Enable flip ahead with prediction check box under the Advanced tab in Internet options in Internet Explorer 11. In this situation, the value of the page load time does not match the new events in the F12 tools console in Internet Explorer 11.
