Symptoms

A client policy does not successfully block a URL that is sent by using Microsoft Lync for Mac 2011.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the following update:
2963369 Update 2963369 for Lync for Mac 2011 14.0.9

More Information

If you set the client policy to block URLs for other Lync clients, you receive the following message when you send a URL:
The URL was not loaded in response to you clicking the link because this feature is restricted by policy. For more information contact your system administrator.
