0x80246007 error when you click "try again" in Windows Store in Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012

Symptoms

 Consider the following scenario:

  • You have a computer that is running Windows RT, Windows 8, or Windows Server 2012.
  • You try to install an application from the Windows Store on the computer but the installation fails.
  • You click the try again option to try to install the application again.
In this scenario, you still cannot install the application and receive the following error code:

Resolution
