Assume that you use MQSeries send port that contains EDI assembler component (like in EDISend pipeline) in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013. When there's an invalid EDI message and the EDI validation fails, the send port instance doesn't suspend, it just gets stuck at active state and never goes away.
