"A folder with same name already exists" error when you rename an Outlook folder in an Exchange Server 2010 environment

Symptoms

Assume that you try to rename a folder whose name contains non-English characters in Microsoft Outlook online mode or Outlook Web App. Then, you change a character or the full folder name from lowercase to uppercase characters (or vice versa). In this situation, the renaming fails.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:
2936871 Update Rollup 6 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3
