"0x7e" Stop error when you run SMB direct stress in Windows Server 2012 R2

Symptoms

This issue occurs when server message block (SMB) does not allocate an I/O work item in Windows Server 2012 R2. Additionally, you receive the following Stop error: 
STOP: 0x0000007E (parameter1parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)
Notes
  • The Stop error 0x0000007E describes a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED issue.
  • The parameters in this Stop error message vary, and depend on the configuration of the computer.
  • Not all "0x0000007E" Stop errors are caused by this issue.
