FIX: Session Integrator Server service logs Event ID 6 warnings and experiences too much memory usage

Symptoms

The Session Integrator Server (Siservr.exe) service may encounter a condition in which it logs the following event message for each Session Integrator Client connection request:

Event ID: 6
Source: Session Integrator Server
Description:
The Session Integrator Service received a connect request from a client that did not support the Icom3270SessionClient interface (hr = 0x800706ba)

When this problem occurs, the Session Integrator Server service may use too much memory (for example, it may use 500 megabytes (MB)) when the process is viewed in Task Manager.
