- When the metadata service application uses the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) web service in a SharePoint Server 2013 farm, the following event is logged in the Application log:
- Assume that you type a new term into a taxonomy field, for example, the Ask Me About field, on the profile page on My Site. Then, when you click outside the Ask Me About text box, the term gets resolved and is underlined. In this situation, when you click inside the Ask Me About text box and then click outside the Ask Me About text box, the term is highlighted in red with a dashed underline. Additionally, when you try to save the profile, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:
There are one or more errors with the data you have entered.
- Assume that you publish an InfoPath form that contains an enhanced rich text column immediately following a multiple selection choice column to a SharePoint list. When you browse to this SharePoint list by using a web browser other than an Internet Browser, the rich text column is always empty.
