INTRODUCTION

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

  • Assume that you publish an InfoPath form that contains digitally signed data to a SharePoint form library. 
    If the digital certificate that was used to sign the data is expired or revoked, a user who opens the form is warned that the digital signature is invalid.
    Note After you install this update, administrators can change a setting on the SharePoint Server to avoid the warning in this situation.

To install this hotfix, you must have either SharePoint Server 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Service Pack 2 (SP2) installed.
