INTRODUCTION

Issues that this hotfix package fixes

  • After you install the June 2013 Cumulative Update for Office 2010 and select more than one email item from the Inbox, the OneNote button on the Home ribbon under the Move section is dimmed.
  • Assume that you have the Use Cached Exchange Mode option enabled in Outlook 2010. After you move a flagged message to another folder from a search folder, you cannot flag the message as completed. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
    The operation cannot be performed because the object has been deleted.
  • In the Exchange 2013 environment, the spam confidence level (SCL) -1 is not trusted by the Outlook Junk E-Mail Filter.
  • Assume that you set a custom form as the default form for meeting items. After you install the April 2012 CU or later versions for Office 2010, when you click the Meeting button on the Home ribbon under the Respond section, the custom form does not show. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
    The operation failed. The messaging interfaces have returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook.
  • Assume that you have configured an IMAP account together with an Exchange account in the same Outlook profile. When you resend an email message from the Sent Items folder in the IMAP mailbox, the sent email message goes to the Sent Items folder in the Exchange mailbox instead of the IMAP mailbox.
  • Outlook creates additional connections to a shared mailbox for users that only have free/busy permissions of the calendar folder of the shared mailbox.
