FIX: You cannot use the XpathMutatorStream class to execute Xpath statements against some .xml documents in BizTalk Server

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You use the XpathMutatorStream class to execute Xpath statements against some .xml documents in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013 and BizTalk Server 2009.
  • The root namespace for the root elements in the .xml documents are the same.
  • The namespace for child elements in some .xml documentsare not defined or are blank. However, the .xml documents are schema-wise and valid.
In this scenario, the Xpath statements are not executed successfully.
