The Next button is disabled after you type a PIN to add a Bluetooth or other wireless device

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have an East Asian language input method installed a Windows 8-based computer.
  • You start the Add a Device wizard to add a wireless device, such as a Bluetooth device.
  • You type your PIN during the pairing process when the East Asian language keyboard layout is selected. 

In this scenario, the Next button remains disabled even after you finish typing the PIN.
