Update adds the Russian Age Rating System in Windows 8 and Windows RT

Symptoms

An update is available that adds the Russian Age Rating System to Windows 8 and Windows RT. Before installing this update, apps and games that are rated with the Russian Age Rating System appear as unrated, and therefore they cannot be hosted in Windows Store. 

The age rating system has the following five rating levels:
  • 0+ (for children of all ages)
  • 6+ (for children older than 6 years)
  • 12+ (for children older than 12 years) 
  • 16+ (for children older than 16 years) 
  • 18+ (not for children)
