Introduction



This article describes an update that includes the 2013 daylight saving time (DST) changes for Paraguay that is available for Windows Embedded Compact 7. This update changes the time zone data to accommodate DST changes in Paraguay.

Note This update also includes an additional hotfix that corrects the historical time stamp data for Libya for all days before November 10, 2012.

More Information

The government of Paraguay shortened DST in 2013 to end on March 23, 2013 instead of on April 6, 2013.

After you apply this update for the (UTC -4:00) Asuncion time zone, DST ended on March 23, 2013 at 23:59:59.999, and the clock reverted to 23:00:00.000.

  • On the Build menu, click Rebuild Solution.
You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this software update.
