An update is available that includes the 2013 daylight saving time (DST) changes for Chile in Windows Embedded Compact 7.

After you apply this update, the DST data for Chile is as follows:
  • For the [(UTC -4:00) Santiago] time zone, DST ends at 23:59:59.999 on April 27, 2013. At this time, the time data is reset to 23:00:00.000 of April 27, 2013 in Windows Embedded Compact 7. 
  • For the [(UTC -4:00) Santiago] time zone, DST starts at 23:59:59.999 on September 7, 2013. At this time, the time data is reset to 01:00:00.000 of September 8, 2013 in Windows Embedded Compact 7.
