INTRODUCTION

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

  • Consider the following scenario:
    • You insert a drop-down list content control into a document in Word 2013.
    • You save and then reopen the document.
    • You change the value of the drop-down control.
    • You click the drop-down list.
    In this situation, Word 2013 crashes.
  • Consider the following scenario:
    • You configure a resource forest that contains an Exchange server.
    • You configure a user forest that contains user accounts, and one of the user accounts is associated with a computer that has Outlook 2013 installed.
    In this situation, you experience one of the following issues:
    • When you run an email configuration test, the test fails.
    • When you set up an automatic reply, you receive the following error message:
      Your automatic reply settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later.
