Issues that this hotfix package fixes
- Consider the following scenario:
- On a domain joined computer, you connect to an on-premises Microsoft Exchange server.
- You are prompted for credentials. You enter the credentials and select the Remember my credentials check box.
- You log out of the Windows session.
In this scenario, every time that you log back in to Windows and start Outlook, you are prompted for credentials.
- If you use the Chinese lunar calendar in Outlook 2013 or in an earlier version of Outlook, the Gregorian date is displayed as an incorrect lunar date. For example, the Gregorian date June 8, 2013 is displayed as lunar date 4/30 instead of 5/1.
- Consider the following scenario:
- You exclude a file type from indexing.
- You have several attachments of this file type in your mailbox.
- You perform a search.
In this scenario, recent email messages are missing from the search results.
- Assume that you click Tentative and Propose New Time in a meeting request in Outlook 2013. When you click the Propose Time button to propose a new time for the meeting request, you receive an error message.
