Service order is not displayed when you check the service order from a service object in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Symptoms

Assume that you create a service order from a service agreement that has a service object specified in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. When you check the service order from the service object, the service order is not displayed.

Resolution

Hotfix information

Installation information

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
