You cannot deploy reports to the SSRS server if there is a slash (/) at the end of the report servers service URL in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Symptoms

When you try to deploy a report to the SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) server in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, you receive the following error message:
ResourceUnavailable: (Microsoft.Dynam...ReportsDeployer:ReportsDeployer) [Publish-AXReport], ServerException + FullyQualified
ErrorId : The deployment was cancelled because of an error.

Cause

This problem occurs because there is a slash (/) at the end of the report servers service URL.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
