INTRODUCTION

Issues that this hotfix package fixes

  • Consider the following scenario:
    • You create an Analysis Services data source that points to a tabular database in a Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services instance.
    • You use the data source to create an Analytic Grid report in a dashboard of PerformancePoint Services for SharePoint Server 2010.
    • You add a Top-10 filter and a multi-select filter to the Analytic Grid report in the dashboard.
    • You deploy the dashboard, and view it through a web browser.
    • You apply the Top-10 filter and multi-select filter to the Analytic Grid report.
    In this scenario, you receive an error message that resembles the following:

    Error running data source query.
