INTRODUCTION

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

Consider the following scenario:
  • You create a custom list that contains some values in a SharePoint 2010 site.
  • You add a lookup column that lets users select multiple values, either from a list of values or from values that come from a different column.
  • You create a new item and add the values for the lookup column to the new item in Standard view. The order of the add operation differs from the order of the current items.
  • You switch to the Datasheet view and then click the arrow of the lookup column for the new item.
In this scenario, not all the check boxes for the values are selected.

Resolution
