The EMC takes a long time to open in an Exchange Server 2010 environment

Symptoms

Assume that you try to add lots of management role assignments in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment. In this situation, the Exchange Management Console (EMC) takes a long time to open.

To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:
