FIX: "The group BizTalk Isolated Host Users doesn't exist" error message is logged when you configure the Exception Web Services by using the ESB Configuration Tool in a BizTalk Server 2009 environment

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You install Microsoft BizTalk ESB Toolkit 2.0 on a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009.
  • You run the ESB Configuration Tool to configure Exception Web Services.

In this scenario, the configuration fails. Additionally, an error message that resembles the following is logged in the ESBConfigurationTool.log file:
