The DomainController parameter does not work when you use the MoveMailbox.ps1 script to move mailboxes in an Exchange Server 2010 environment

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario. You move mailboxes by using the MoveMailbox.ps1 script in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment. You use the DomainController parameter to specify a domain controller that writes the configuration changes. In this scenario, the script ignores the specified domain controller, and selects one available domain controller to write the changes.

Cause

This issue occurs because the MoveMailbox.ps1 script does not pass the DomainController parameter to the New-MoveRequest cmdlet.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:
